How it Works
The Office Share workspace is an open shared environment. It is not appropriate for visible confidential files, confidential calls, protected health information, legal-client information, financial records, or other sensitive work unless appropriate privacy safeguards and prior arrangements are in place.
HPS meetings, HPS client needs, and scheduled HPS business use have priority over shared-table availability. Members must follow workspace-reservation, clean-desk, confidentiality, and security rules.
-
Start by completing the Office Share interest application. Tell us about your work, the type of workspace access you are looking for, how often you expect to use the space, and whether you anticipate handling confidential information or meeting with clients.
The application helps determine whether the open shared-workspace setting is a practical fit. Submitting an application does not create a membership, lease, right to use the space, or guarantee of acceptance.
-
Office Share reviews applications based on available space, expected schedule, workspace needs, compatibility with the shared environment, confidentiality considerations, and the applicant’s intended use.
Office Share has limited capacity. The shared table is not a private office, and HPS client meetings and HPS business needs have priority use of the space.
-
If your application is approved, you will receive the Office Share Workspace License Agreement and the current workspace rules.
Before access is granted, approved members must review and sign the agreement. The agreement includes membership fees, payment terms, permitted use, confidentiality, clean-desk and security expectations, office conduct, access rules, and termination procedures.
Office Share membership is a revocable workspace license. It is not a lease, sublease, tenancy, partnership, employment relationship, or authority to represent Honest PL Services, LLC or Honest Paralegal Services.
-
After the agreement is signed, you will receive instructions for the initial membership payment, any required security/access deposit, and a brief orientation.
The orientation covers office entry, building access, workstation use, HPS meeting priority, confidentiality expectations, clean-desk procedures, printing/supply procedures, Wi-Fi and device-security practices, and how to report an issue.
Payment alone does not create access or a right to use the space. Access begins only after approval, signed agreement, required payment, and orientation are complete.
-
Approved members receive access to the Office Share Member Portal, where they can find current rules, workspace notices, reservation information, supply/printing procedures, payment information, and member resources.
Keys, access codes, and other building credentials are issued only after all approval steps are complete. Credentials are personal, nontransferable, and must not be shared.
-
Office Share is intended for quiet, independent professional work. Members are expected to respect shared-space rules, keep work areas clean, secure their belongings and devices, use headphones for audio, and avoid disrupting other members or HPS operations.
The open workspace is not appropriate for visible confidential files, protected information, lengthy confidential calls, or unapproved client meetings. Members must use reasonable privacy safeguards and follow the confidentiality rules in their agreement.
-
Membership is generally month-to-month unless the written agreement states otherwise. Members are responsible for timely payment and must provide the required notice if they wish to end membership.
Office Share may change operational rules, access procedures, available hours, or shared-workspace arrangements when reasonably necessary for HPS operations, building requirements, safety, security, or the shared environment. Serious violations—especially a security, access, conduct, or confidentiality concern—may result in immediate suspension of access.
